Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After this period, the right to return expires.

After this period, the right to return and/or receive a refund expires.

Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unopened and unworn.

Damaged or incorrect items

Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? Please report this as soon as possible after discovering the issue via email, with a clear description of the problem. Complaints will be handled within 14 days.

• Please include clear photos of the item and the damage.
• Without photos, the claim cannot be processed.

Once your return request has been submitted on time and approved, you will receive confirmation including the return address. The refund will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Depending on the payment method, it may take 2 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
