Musthave Babe

Article 1 – Delivery

Musthave Babe ships orders within Europe.
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are generally shipped the same day.

The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement, unless required by law.

Article 2 – Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Variable shipping rates apply for European orders depending on the destination country.

Article 3 – Shipping method

Musthave Babe ships orders via DHL or a similar carrier.

Where applicable, the customer will receive a track & trace code by email.
Musthave Babe is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 4 – Risk and transfer of ownership

The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.

If the carrier’s track & trace information indicates that the package has been delivered, this is considered as proof of correct delivery.

If the carrier conducts an investigation into a package marked as delivered and the investigation is concluded, the package is considered definitively delivered. In such cases, Musthave Babe is not obligated to provide a replacement or refund, unless required by law.

Article 5 – Address details

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Musthave Babe is not liable for damage or loss resulting from incorrect address details.
Any additional costs for reshipping due to incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 6 – Uncollected or returned shipments

If an order is returned because it was not collected, refused, or could not be delivered, Musthave Babe reserves the right to charge reshipping costs.

If the customer declines reshipment, previously incurred shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Article 7 – Damaged or incorrect delivery

The customer must report a damaged or incorrect delivery within 24 hours of receipt by email.

The report must include clear photos of the damage or issue.

Failure to report in time may result in loss of the right to replacement or compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

Article 8 – Force majeure

Musthave Babe is not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations if this is due to force majeure, including but not limited to delays by carriers, strikes, system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
